Chestnut Canoes Catalogue Reprint

A reprint of the 1950 Chestnut Canoe Co. Catalogue is meant to pay tribute to one of Canada's foremost names in old-time canoe building.

Incorporated in 1905, the Chestnut Canoe Company went on to become one of the largest wood and canvas canoe manufacturers in Canada. Based out of Fredricton, New Brunswick for most of its history, and then moving to Oromocto in the 1970s before closing a few years later, Chestnut canoes are still known around the world. 

This catalogue highlights the Chestnut canoe in its heyday, and includes many iconic models such as the Pleasure Canoe, the Cruising Model, the Prospector, and more.
